From an early age, food science has been a natural part of my life. I'm motivated to improve the quality and availability of what already exists in the ever-evolving food industry - at a micro and macro scale. I have vast experience managing projects and teams, with a focus on determining and applying immediate solutions to problems. I have always loved the general sciences, specifically Chemistry and Biology, and continuously look for opportunities that will deepen my understanding of the scientific field and profession of food science.
